Entebbe (titled 7 Days in Entebbe in the US) is an upcoming British crime thriller film directed by Jose Padilha and written by Gregory Burke. The film is based on the true event of 1976 Operation Entebbe, hijacking of an Air France flight en route from Tel Aviv to Paris. This was the most daring rescue mission ever attempted and the film has covered the story of Raid on Entebbe (1976), Victory at Entebbe (1976), and Operation Thunderbolt (1977).
