The Dictator is a 2012 political satire black comedy film co-written by and starring Sacha Baron Cohen as his fourth feature film in a leading role. The film is based on Aladeen, a dictator, travels to New York in order to address The United Nations Security Council. But his plans get messed up when he gets kidnapped.
