The Notebook - Based on the bestselling novel by Nicholas Sparks, The Notebook tells the epic love story of a man and a woman who couldn’t be more perfect for each other. Nothing could keep them from being with each other; not their families, not the war, and not even a devastating illness. Regarded as one of the top date night movies of all time, The Notebook has pulled the heartstrings of millions of people.

The Land Before Time - This animated film features five orphaned dinosaurs who embarked on a journey around their world, looking for their best chance of survival, all while mourning the death of their families.

Up - Produced by Pixar Animation Studios, Up is about Carl, a 78-year old man who flies off to South America by tying countless balloons to his home. Little does his know, he has a stowaway with him on his journey.

A Walk to Remember - Another movie based on a Nicholas Sparks novel, A Walk to Remember is a coming-of-age teen romantic  movie  that revolves around the unexpected love story between  Jamie Sullivan, a soft-spoken goodie-two-shoes and Landon Carter a popular but rebellious boy who faces expulsion after a prank goes wrong.

Armageddon - This 1998 science fiction film tells the story of how a team of misfits embark on a journey to save Earth from an asteroid.

Bambi - This 1942 Disney cartoon teaches audiences about life, love, and loss. It revolves around the adventures of Bambi, a white-tailed deer, Thumper, a pink-nosed rabbit, Flower, a skunk, and Faline, a beautiful doe.

The Time Traveler’s Wife - Based on a book by Audrey Niffenegger, this romantic film tells the incredible love story of Clare and Henry, two people living in Chicago. What makes their story so interesting is the fact that Henry is a time traveler.

My Sister’s Keeper - This heartwarming film about love for your family revolves around Anna Fitzgerald a girl brought into the world as a “savior sister” to Kate who suffers from acute promyelocytic leukemia. Anna was conceived as a genetic match to her sister in order for her to be able to donate her organs.

The Green Mile - Another novel adaptation, this time from the book by Stephen King of the same name, The Green Mile tells the story of John Coffey, a black man accused of murder and rape but who has a special gift. Coffey is placed in death row and the film focuses on how he affects the lives of the people around him, more particularly, the guards on death row. 

Marley & Me - Who would’ve thought that comedy stars Jennifer Aniston and Owen Wilson could pull-off such a tear-jerking film? Marley & Me revolves around the lives of John and Jenny Grogan, a married couple living the typical suburban existence. Things get interesting (and emotional) when they decide to adopt Marley, a spunky yellow Labrador.
